Trick-or-Treat returns to TCMU on Saturday, October 30th
Greenville, SC (Tuesday, September 7, 2021)—TCMU’s annual Trick-or-Treat is back on Saturday, October 30th! This year’s event will be held at both TCMU-Greenville and TCMU-Spartanburg. Trick-or-Treat will take place at the Greenville location from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and the Spartanburg location from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
In order to manage capacities, both events will have timed-entry ticketingevery 15 minutesand guests will move through both museums in one direction. Children and families can wind their way through decoratedmuseumfloors and collect candy from community sponsors. Museum exhibits will not be open for play and families must bring their own candy bags.
The Children’s Museum of the Upstate is excited to host Trick-or-Treat again at the museum and welcome families for a fun-filled day of trick-or-treating, candy, costumes and celebration. Barbara Martin, TCMU’s VP of Development notes, “Last year’s Trick-or-Treat was truly incredibleand wecan’t wait to see what this year’s event holds. TCMU hopes this Trick-or-Treat will,again,be a safe and fun way for families to celebrate this SPOOK-tacular holiday!”
Tickets will be on sale the second week of September at www.tcmupstate.org/trick-or-treat, with an early pre-release date for TCMU members only. Families can purchase tickets by the total amount in their party—options ranging from a Family of 2 ($10) to a Family of 6 ($25).
